Shelly Cioppa began the education process to prepare income taxes in late 1998 with a big box chain tax office. For 10 years she honed her skills through practice, research and continuing education to better serve her clients. She became frustrated that the chain she was employed with did not offer more to offer the client tax planning and advocacy when their tax situation was changing or became dire.
In 2014 Shelly was offered a position at a private tax company which enabled her to expand her knowledge of IRS procedures and programs that could help her clients. The new position allowed her to broaden her knowledge of more specialized tax situations and how to handle them. In 2017 the private firm she was working for started to realize financial hardship through ineffective advertising and retention.
In 2018, Shelly began offering her services to clients who were lost in the cracks as well as new clients who were looking for affordable, dependable service.
